INDICATION: Threatened or recurrent miscarriage during pregnancy, Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, Infertility due to luteal insufficiency (when the ovary doesn't produce enough progesterone), Dysmenorrhea (painful periods), Endometriosis, Secondary amenorrhea (absence of menstruation for at least 3 cycles in a row in someone who previously had periods), Irregular menstrual cycles, Premenstrual syndrome (PMS), As part of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) during menopause

MOA: 

Dydrogesterone works by mimicking the effects of the natural hormone progesterone in the body. It binds to progesterone receptors in the uterus, causing changes in the lining of the uterus (endometrium). These changes are necessary for a successful pregnancy and for regulating menstrual cycles.

DOSAGE: 1 TAB/day or as directed
