MOA:
Phenylephrine HCl - Alpha-adrenergic agonist, causing vasoconstriction, leading to decongestion.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate - First-generation H1-antihistamine, blocking histamine receptors, reducing allergic symptoms.
Paracetamol - Inhibits cyclooxygenase in the central nervous system, reducing fever and pain.
DOSAGE: 2.5 ml, 2-3 times daily or as directed
