MOA	Nimesulide is an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase so it inhibits the synthesis of destructive prostaglandins and spares cytoprotective prostaglandins. Nimesulide appears to exert its effects also through a variety of other mechanisms and involves interference with the production action of mediators other than prostaglandins such as enzymes, toxic oxygen derivatives, cytokines, platelet-activating factors, and histamine.
DOSAGE	1 Tablet, Twice daily or as directed.
